We are going to be focusing on reconstructing our body’s makeup and anchoring our days in strength - stronger workouts, stronger mindset, and an overall strength for LIFE. So where do we begin?

💪 12-week program with 6 workouts per week

🔩 30-60 minutes per workout

🏋️‍♀️ Heavy weights + use of a bench

💪 Optional, express-style workouts for those busier days

🔩 Daily mindset work and inspiration from Shaun T embedded in each workout, every day

💪 What you eat will be just as important as HOW you work, so nutrition support is included!

 📅 December 4th: My Unwrapping Wellness Bootcamp begins to build our strength and prep our bodies nutritionally for Dig Deeper!

📅December 19th: Program launch!

📅 December 25th: Prep week! (this is optional if you would like to start getting your muscles ready)
