SUMMER STEP-UP CHALLENGE

I am so glad you are interested in my Summer Step Up Challenge Group. This group is for women who need to lose weight. Could be 5 lbs; could be 150 lbs, but weight loss IS a goal.

In this group, will focus on the core habits we need, even as our summer schedule changes.

Wellness is way more than nutrition and fitness (which will be habits we focus on), but it also includes what we listen to, what we read, how we begin or day, how we wind down etc & tapping into our faith.

This group will focus on all of those areas and you will end this challenge feeling confident, trimmed down & energized.
